Padmark 1000/2000 Introducing the newest AIS development in pad printing technology--the PadMark series of modular pad printers. With only a 6 inch width, the PadMark 1000 is ideal where space is limited or for integration into automated lines. PadMark 1000 & 2000 modules can also be combined for multi-color printing configurations. AIS specializes in developing pad printing systems to provide solutions to customer needs. A sealed ink cup with replaceable steel ring is standard on the PadMark series pad printers. Sealed ink cups minimize the evaporation of solvents and help to prevent ink contamination. PadMark 1000 & 2000 printers use a soft-touch electronic control pad where parameters are entered in inches--making initial set-up quick and straightforward. Settings for up to 10 printing jobs can be stored for easy recall and set-up of recurring jobs. The PadMark series printers are PLC controlled for easy communication with auxiliary equipment--making them ideal for integration in automated systems. The PadMark series printers' self-sensing power supply can run on 110 - 240 Vac; 50/60 Hz with no need for transformers or jumpers. An option is available to provide programmable pad cleaning without stopping printing production. The Pad Cleaning Module can also be easily field retrofitted and uses standard packing tape. Continuous in-cup monitoring and adjustment of ink viscosity is available with the installation of the optional VC-1 Viscosity Controller. The VC-1 monitors ink viscosity and automatically adds solvent to maintain proper printing viscosity without stopping printing production. Every PadMark 1000 & 2000 pad printer comes with a 1-year warranty and is made in the USA.
